
Blender kit
​
After you are selected for our program, you will receive your blender kit and begin converting from a low-nutrient diet to a high-nutrient diet, and you will never turn back. ​​

The blender kit includes:

​​1 used Vitamix 5000 series blender or similiar
-
1 week of super healthy smoothie food to get started
-
2 smoothie containers per person
-
1 large water bottle per person (refilled 2-4x per day)
-
2 in-person visits to help set up your kitchen and systematic routines
The system​​
​
Every 1-2 days you will make a batch of smoothies, store them in your refrigerator, and consume them within 2 days. ​Over 4 weeks, you will replace nearly all processed foods with unprocessed/whole foods-based foods, including some lean fish/meat/eggs if you are not vegan. The average American is eating 60% ultra-processed foods, so your transformation will look something like this:

Breakfast
20oz green smoothie, protein shake, avocado toast w/ bean hummus & everything spice, orange, homemade nut bars made of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits

Lunch
20oz green smoothie, heaping salad w/ kale and mixed greens, avocados, zucchini, seed and nut topper, small amount of chicken, whole apple

Dinner
Tomato soup with pepitas, focaccia toast w/ red pepper hummus

Your accountable daily routine is the most important part of the program. We keep it wildly simple and keep you honest. ​Here's a quick look at some of the components:
